Why do you charge upfront?
We order blanks and book press time only for real orders, which keeps prices fair and nothing goes to waste. If we can't approve your artwork, you get a full refund.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Request an invoice through our custom orders form. Invoices are paid in full by card or bank transfer before production begins, and every order comes with a downloadable PDF invoice.
What's your minimum?
20 pieces per design for screen print and 24 for embroidery. Credentials and programs start at 100.
Is there volume pricing?
Yes. Discounts apply automatically in your cart at 76+ and 251+ pieces of a product.
How long does it take?
About 2–3 weeks after proof approval for apparel, and 1–2 weeks for printed matter. Need it sooner? Use the custom orders form and we'll check with our production partners.
Why only screen printing and embroidery?
Both put durable color into the garment without the pre-treatments and resin-heavy inks that digital direct-to-garment printing typically relies on. We print with water-based inks only, with no PVC plastisol.
What is Rethink Black?
A water-based black ink made with about 80% bio-based ingredients. Its pigment comes from upcycled wastewater biosolids (OurCarbon®) and replaces fossil carbon black.
How does your giving work?
Every order gives 3%: 1% of revenue through 1% for the Planet, and 2% to the featured organization you choose from this quarter's list.
What happens when a piece wears out?
Send it back through our take-back program. Returns are sorted for resale, repair, upcycling or fiber recycling. Details come with every order.
Do you provide emissions data?
Every order includes a summary of its materials, certifications and factories. Product carbon footprints are in development, and we'll share them once they're calculated and verified.
