The most sustainable merchandise is the merchandise you never make. When something physical truly matters, we help you make fewer, better things, and we make them right.
How it works
- Plan. Tell our Merch Planner who it's for. It suggests how many to order, splits sizes, and shows what you save and the waste you avoid.
- Order. Pick colors and add the whole plan to your cart, or shop item by item. Volume pricing applies automatically at checkout.
- Send your artwork. Place your logo and upload files on the product page, or send them after checkout using the link in your confirmation email.
- Approve your proof. A person checks every file and sends a digital proof within 2 business days. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
- Receive. Your order ships plastic-free with an impact summary: materials, certifications, where it was made, and the pieces and spend your plan saved.
- Return. When a piece is worn out, send it back through our take-back program. Returns are sorted for resale, repair, upcycling or fiber recycling.

Our standards
Every product meets one standard before it reaches our catalog.
- Fibers: certified organic, Regenerative Organic Certified or recycled cotton, hemp or linen. No polyester, nylon or acrylic.
- Decoration: water-based inks only, with no PVC plastisol. Black prints can use Rethink Black, whose pigment comes from upcycled wastewater biosolids instead of fossil carbon black.
- Labor: sewn in Fair Trade Certified factories, using GOTS-certified fabric.
- Paper: eco stocks with high recycled content and FSC certification, with no lamination or plastic coatings.
- Packaging: no polybags; paper and cardboard only.
What we don't claim yet: carbon-neutral, compostable or closed-loop. We'll publish product footprints once they're calculated and verified with supplier data.
Our tiers
- Organic: GOTS-certified organic cotton, water-based inks, fair labor.
- Regenerative: Regenerative Organic Certified cotton, which supports soil health, animal welfare and farmworker fairness, sewn in Fair Trade Certified factories.
- Circular: a badge earned piece by piece once every thread, label and trim meets our full standard and the item is enrolled in take-back.
Impact
We report what we can measure and say plainly what we can't yet. Every plan made with the Merch Planner shows the pieces, spend, material and polybags it avoided, and that summary comes with your order.
Every order gives 3%: 1% of revenue to environmental nonprofits through 1% for the Planet, and 2% to a vetted nonprofit you choose from a shortlist that changes each quarter. A quarterly giving report shows totals by organization.
Why it matters: every second, the equivalent of one garbage truck of textiles is landfilled or burned (Ellen MacArthur Foundation, 2017).
Community
Grassroots pricing. Cost shouldn't push a values-aligned group into cheap polyester. If you're a grassroots coalition, nonprofit or community movement on a tight budget, tell us about your project and we'll look at discounts, single-color runs or help with setup costs, case by case.
Featured organizations. Each quarter we vet a shortlist of organizations working on regenerative agriculture, clean waterways, urban canopy equity and circular textiles. You choose which one receives 2% of your order. See this quarter's organizations and partner stories.
